Because I like gastronomy

Although cooking is part of everyday life, not everyone finds it easy. Well, since I was a little girl I have always been interested in cooking and as I grew up I started to learn different foods that my grandmother and my mother cooked, I would have liked to study gastronomy but I don't like seafood so I preferred not to study it since in that career I should cook all those types of food and I don't even like the smell.

I love to cook for others so on weekends I cook for my whole family and they always end up telling me that my meals are very tasty, I try to always cook new foods and try new recipes.

I feel that it allows me to learn and deepen my knowledge about different cultures because you have to use different ingredients that you don't normally have in your kitchen and at the same time you try new flavors for your palate.
